Tori's POV
I was still pissed as I got prepared for bed later that night. I had found myself sleeping through most of the morning, waking up only at intervals to eat an early lunch and then dinner.
My bags were unpacked, my head was pounding, and for some reason, the whole apartment felt cold.
I shivered as I got off the couch where I had been lying for a good part of the night, the urge to bathe suddenly overwhelming me as I went into my room.
The cold only seemed to increase as I stepped into the hot bathtub, allowing the water to soak every part of my body and relax me for a brief moment.
I didn't want to step out of the bathtub, but when I eventually did, I could feel the hairs on my arms stand up. I didn't know what it was, but something felt oddly off.
