CLARA’S POV FLASHBACK—Years Ago A shove from behind sent me crashing to the floor, my head slamming into the wall. Pain shot through me and I groaned, squinting my eyes at the same time. “Why are you even here?” one of my bullies sneered as I rubbed my head. “You don’t belong here, yet I see you everyday.” “You’re just a weak, useless Omega,” another added. “You’ll never fit in.
