    It was the next day and I was still at the hotel, today would be my last day. I decided that I was going to go stay at the local domestic violence shelter to be able to have money. I couldn't afford to live in a hotel, especially if I wanted to save money to be able to get a place of my own. I would figure out something eventually. I just can't believe that I gave my apartment up for this life. A life that I thought was going to be worth it. At least all of my things are in storage and weren't in Joey's house. I dodged a bullet there.      I looked over at the clock and it was 10:18 in the morning. "Looks like I have to get some breakfast, I bet the breakfast house is still open," I said out loud.
