Two Birds One Stone

Chapter 9

After a few hours of driving we finally have reached a beach side restaurant. "This is absolutely breath taking" I state as we all get out of the car. Both boys chuckle at my amazement. As we walk inside Aj grabs my hand. I smile over at him to see him return the smile.

When we stepped inside we did not expect to see Luca and I's parents. It's been almost a year since we last seen them. Neither of us moved. Once Aj had realized who was there he had pulled us out of the restaurant in hopes that they had not spotted us. We all rushed to the car but it was no use. They had seen us had came running after us. When they arrived by the car Neither of them looked very happy. "Where the hell have you two worthless piece of sh*ts been" They both spat and Luca and I. Luca stepped forward about to say something but I put a hang on his shoulder stepping beside him.

"We left to be far away from the both of you. We left to escape the a***e and the trauma." I yelled, causing a scene. "All Luca and I ever wanted from the both of you was to feel loved and accepted by our parents. That was it. But no, instead all you did was beat us everyday and starved us. Then you would go out and cheat on each other. You are and never will be our parents." I yelled with tears running down my face. So many memories had come rushing back of all those years of neglect. Aj had hugged me and helped me into the car. Afterwards he told my parents to leave and that we would be putting a restraining order against them. After he got in the car we left and went to another restaurant close by.

We sat in the car for about 30 minutes waiting for me to calm down. Luca sat in the back with me hugging me whispering words in my ear trying to get me calm. After I had calmed down we went inside and sat at a booth. I had sat with Aj while Luca sat across from us.

"How are you doing sis?" Luca asked with a worried expression on his face. I smiled over at him then looked back down at my menu. Once we are done ordering what we want we all sat in a comfortable silence as we waited for our food.

"I'm sorry about earlier you guys. I didn't know they would be there." Aj said, breaking the silence. Luca and I looked at him and smiled.

"It's OK babe. As you said you had no idea they would be there" I said, giving him a reassuring smile. Luca nodded in agreement to what I said. Soon after that our food was delivered and we all chatted while eating.

Hello everyone. Sadly I think im going to only be doing a few more chapters of this before ending it. I have lack of inspiration and time to update this story. but I promise I will try to create a story soon. Thank you for reading this story.
