Hello everyone. I would like to apologize for my lack of updating. I have been very busy with my personal life these past months and just haven't found the time to update the story. I am hoping to update much more now. Thank you for your patience. I would also like to apologize for the short chapter before hand.Now on with the story.
Chapter 7
After finishing getting ready for bed I headed over to Aj's room. When I walk into his room he is laying on his bed reading a book. I climb onto the bed and move his arm so I can lay my head on his chest. “What'cha reading, Babe?” I say as I lay my head down.
He looks down at me then reaches over to set his book down. Once he puts his book down on his nightstand rolls over to where he is looking at me. “Just an old book.” He says while wrapping his arms around me. After about thirty minutes of laying there and talking we both fall asleep in each others arms.
The next morning I wake up before anyone else does. I decide to get up and make breakfast for the boys and then get ready for the day. As I put some water in the coffee pot I hear a door open. Luca walks I the kitchen rubbing his eyes. "Good morning." I say while pushing the on button to the coffee pot.
"Good morning sis." Luca says in a grogy voice. He walks over towards the stove to see what is for breakfast. "Breakfast looks amazing, sis!" He says in a cheery tone.
About five minutes later Aj wakes up from all the noise coming from the kitchen. He quickly gets up and goes the the kitchen. "Good morning everyone." Aj says once he enters the room. He takes a seat at the island and waits for the food to finish cooking.
"Good morning, babe." I say while pouring a cup of coffee for him. I put the cup down infront of him and go to get the coffee creamer and sugar for anyone who wants it.
Aj smiles up at me while I sit a plate of food in front of him and Luca. It takes them just a few minutes before their plates are clean of any food. "You sit down and eat babe. I'll fix the seconds for us two boys." Aj says while standing up and grabbing Lucas' plate. I smile at him and do what I was told to do.
