Mallory watched the goblins, nodding when she saw what Callum meant. Before she’d placed all six of her traps, two of them were triggered. The first one that was triggered, Danae shot the goblin to finish him off and the second time Callum shot the goblin. Before Mallory could place her sixth trap, a goblin respawned and she attacked it instead.
Another one of Mallory’s traps was triggered and she attacked the goblin that was momentarily still. He vanished. “This is working.” She turned to Callum. “Thanks for pointing out there was a bit of a pattern.”
Callum started to speak, needing to attack a respawning goblin instead. Once the goblin had vanished, he turned to Mallory. “Someone needs to start arranging the tiles so they display the picture.”
