Dreamland

Jessica POV.

I woke up in the middle of the night. The room is extremely dark. I can't see a thing, not even my own hands. Alice is also not here..

Panic began to settle in.. where is she? Where am I?

I tried to find the bedroom door. But really..! Oh god! I can't see anything! It's like I'm inside something very dark, where resides the darkness alone...!

I have to get out of here.. I tried to scream. But it seems my voice also dried up due to panic. What am I supposed to do!?

Suddenly the bes room door flew open and a few meters away a light ray pierced the darkness. I tried to run into that direction. I am thinking is this some weird dream I am having again.?

Bang....

Suddenly I stopped in my track. Did I just heard a loud banging sound? Where did it came from?

Bang bang bang...

I turned around.

The sound... It was coming from under the bed... Like if someone is trying to get out of there...

I looked at the light again. It began to form a shape.. a shape of a...

I don't know what...

Looks like...

A wolf...

Bang bang bang bang...

Oh! The sound started to increase..

I... I... Can't tolerate it anymore...

I want to scream... The banging.. It's so suffering.. My head would bust out of it's skull anytime now...

"Stop... Stop... Stop...", I tried to speak, holding my hands against my ear..

But I guess, my rant doesn't have any effect on it..

I have to run.. run towards the wolf may be..

Not sure what to do. I started running..

Suddenly I fall.

"Oh f**k! I forgot the stairs!"

Before I could gather my self at the bottom stairs, something hit me very very hard behind my head and I fall again.. But this time like the darkness totally consumed me, making me loose my conscious..

"Jess... Jess... Baby wake up... Honey..."

Mom.... What is she doing here... I tried to open my eyes... After a few seconds try, I opened my eyes. Everything seems so bright.. I couldn't understand where I am then suddenly it all came back to me at once. The memories of yesterday's dream, the fall... But to my surprise, I am in my bed!

"Honey, are you alright?", My mom spoke first while checking if I have any fever or something.

" I'm alright mom.. what time is it?" I said not wanting to make her more worried.

" It's past 10 in the morning! You never sleep this much long. Ali tried to wake you up but you wouldn't budge."

"Ummm..." I tried to think something fast to answer, then suddenly Ali entered and our eyes locked.

She understood I need a saving right now, so she replied,

"Ah, wakey wakey miss! I told you not to sleep late, see you got mom so worried!"

Thanks sis.. you are the best one! I mentally sighed..

"Well, that explains your sleep! But honey don't sleep like you're in coma for god's sake! I was about to call your dad!"

"Sorry mom, won't happen again" I replied sheepishly.

"Well then, both of you get ready please. We have to go for a Dress Hunting mission!" She said excitedly, emphasizing the word " Dress Hunting"

After she left us, Ali asked me worriedly, "You were having those dreams again, aren't you?

I just simply nodded.

"I think we should have told her.."

I got up from bed, and grabbed the towel and replied, "Not today, not before our birthday. Everything is going well, and mom and dad are also excited. I don't want to ruin this for the dreams!"

" Well in that case, get ready then. It's shopping time!" Ali replied

After approx 30min, we hop inside our black porche and mom will be coming in hers. The mall is almost 30min drive from the pack.

I mind link Amber, letting her know we are going to the mall, if she wants she can join.

We are about to leave the pack border, we saw Dominic and Dexi coming out of the guard house. As soon as they saw our cars, they came to us. I am suddenly felling very hot. It's very irritating to always feel breathless or on fire whenever I came across Dominic! Even now also, when he was walking towards the car, I could feel myself almost drooling over his perfectly mussled body, his slightly tanned chiseled face, his dark very dark brown eyes with his ruffled brown and golden hair falling slightly over forehead...!

"Ahem!"

I froze on spot. Dominic could feel my gaze upon him, and just made that " Ahem " sound to let me know that I have eye r***d him enough, now it's time to stop.

"Yes, Dom and Dexi... Glad to see you both. How can we help you?" Ali asked sweetly, seeing me frozen.

"Well sisi... Where you guys are upto?"

Dexi replied.

" We are on our way to the mall."

" Wow, that's nice.." this time Dominic replied.

My breath got hitched one more time.

His voice... It's so intoxicating. He should be banned from speaking as it's possible to kill me just only by his voice!

"Well sisi.. we are bored. Mind if we join you?" Dexi asked.

" Of course not! Hop in.." Ali replied smiling brightly.

Wait... What! I can't breathe around Dominic and he is coming with us! I'm going to die today that's for sure!

After they got into the car, I chose to remain silent, just drove the car as sanely possible to the mall.

As time passed, it got a little easier to be around Dominic. As you have already understood, I have a huge crush over Dominic. But I don't think he likes me too... He is Ali &Dexi's friend and probably thinks of me as the same way too. He is only looking forward to meet his mate. Well, I pray to goddess that let me be his mate! I guess I'll know soon.

After selecting mom's dress, went for food lounge to have lunch. She chose a gorgeous red coloured silk gown perfectly fitting her body with matching silver shoes. The boys also bought something for the party, but refused to let us know.

After lunch, we entire a fancy dress shop, to choose for mine and Ali's dress. Searching through almost the entire shop, my eyes Landed on a beautiful green floor length dress, just like matching with my eyes. I went to try my dress, seeing my reflection I decided, this is the one! I absolutely love it. It's hugging all my curves perfectly and showing off a little bit cleavage. The high slit at my right leg makes perfect opportunity to show off the long leg too. Mom and Ali also appreciated.

Ali also found a dress, royal blue gown with no back and deep v neck showing off her cleavage. It's enough to make all the unmated wolves around you go crazy! She just looks too hot to handle! After packing the dresses, we also bought matching jewellery and accessories.

After satisfied with our shopping we called the boys telling them we are ready to leave. They got separated, because they didn't want to poke their noses in ladies business.

We came back to our house almost in the evening. Amber didn't show up today, making me think of her. Apparently she might be busy as Peter will be taking her to his parents today.

We'll be meeting tomorrow anyway, so I didn't give it much thought.

Dominic got down the car after crossing the border. Dexi asked him to come tomorrow early, as tomorrow is our birthday..! Well, it came pretty fast didn't it.. Mom gave us all the bags, and informed she will be helping dad to decorate the party hall. After that they are going to have dinner outside. She asked me and Ali to fix something for ourselves.

I'm also very exhausted after today's shopping, so we decided to go to cafe nearby and have dinner.

The cafe was just outside of our pack border. We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. Both are very hungry and tired. Not wanting to even speak both are just scrolling through our social media pages. Soon I got bored with that too. Finally I decided to break a conversation.

"So, how's your training going with Dominic?"

"Nothing special. Just getting my skills polished you know. But...."

Before she could finish, a bad rough smell hit the cafe. Someone or something just entered through the door.

"Vampires" my wolf Gina said..

Werewolves are basically human and wolves together in a single body, so basically we have our both parts active and can communicate within ourselves. And Vampires are our enemies. We don't start the first fight though if they are not causing any danger to anyone.

Ali grabbed my hand tightly as 3 of the vampires enter the cafe. They also noticed us being here. They went to the cashier and said something. She just simply nodded and went back to the small room at back. The three of them followed her.

"We should check. Cashier is human, they probably want to drink from her! But if three of them will take from her, they won't be able to control and she might die..."

Suddenly weird noises are coming from that room, all the customer are looking at that direction only now.

We were going to check only then they came out of that room completely changed..

"Oh my god! They are frenzied!" Before I could process what is happening, one of the frenzy vamp jumped on me. With lightening speed I grabbed the throat and pushed it to the table.

Ali also got up and directly aimed for the head of the next one behind me. With one clean summersault she removed the head from it's body.

All the customers already fled the scene as soon as it's started. The third one threw a chair at Ali but she quickly dodge it. I grabbed the head of that frenzy vamp under me with both of my hand and pressed my knee on it's chest keeping it in it's place, pulled its head out with full force. It's a bloody mess right now.

Finishing up mine I looked at Ali. I knew she will be alright but she was kinda glowing right now. The vamp again threw a glass vase at her direction but to my surprise it's just stopped in front of her floating in the air and then with just one motion of her hand it directly hit the vamp nocking it to the ground. She grabbed it's head and twisted it with full force making it 180 degree rotated.

"Gross.." she commented making a disgusting face.

"Ali... What was that?" I asked with a open mouth, couldn't hide.my surprised feeling anymore.

"What was what?" She said nonchalantly.

'The vase trick..! How'd you do it?"

" I was about to tell you this one. Nut we got interrupted. You see, like you have these weird dreams of yours, I have started to develop this power. Like moving objects without touching them. This one first happened a few days back while training. But ai can't control it properly. This power seems to come and go!" She explained it to me.

"Well, I got your point. And we should probably go back and report this first, as frenzy vamps that too this much close to our border... Not good." I stated.

" Wait. What about the cashier?"

We rushed to the room only to find no one was there.

" That's confusing... I think we should probably head back.."

With that said we rushed back to our car and soon drove towards the border.
