Penelope POV "Let her go first." My voice did not shake. The one-eyed wolf blinked. He did not expect me to give in so fast. A greasy smile spread across his face. He released Eliora's arm with a rough shove. She stumbled against my back. Her breath hitched, hot and smelling of cheap liquor against my neck. "That's more like it." The bastard stepped closer.
