Penelope POV "The crowd is getting quite worked up out there, Governor," Tallulah says. She leans against the glass table. Her fingers tap a rhythm against the polished wood. "Perhaps it would be wise to go out and offer an apology?" she asks. She tilts her head. A tiny smile twitches at the corner of her lips.
