“It has been over two weeks now that she lay in that bed!Will she ever wake up?,” I asked the doctor.
Their faces said it all though their reluctance to answer sent chills running up my spine.
I shook my head knowing I did not believe them, there was nothing that could be done to save her. They had told me that she was lost but I refused to believe in their words.
I sat beside her bed holding her hand, feeling her warmth against my skin helped dampen the fear I felt.
