Its been a week since KB moved to the US and I had gotten back to school. Apart from face timing him and chatting with Kayla and Bry at least the lamp in my heart has started being small.
"Hey, you've been so distant ever since you resumed school, what's up"
Malia startled me when she tapped my shoulder I didn't even realize I was in my own world And didn't hear a word she said.
"Hey, malia, what was that"
She rubbed her forehead to show annoyance.
"I asked you a question, you don't seem okay, you wanna talk about it"
Malia is my friend we met when freshman year started , she's been the only realest person in my life apart from Kayla and her vibe is really addictive.
I bumped at her in the toilet and thats how we clicked I didn't even realize she's from my class
"Yeah, I'll feel you in at lunch break right now we gotta head to class"
She nodded and we both stood to go to class when some popular kids in school stopped her but I kept my focus ahead and left her with them .
When did she start hanging with them anyways, it seems like we have some catching up to do for real, this day is gonna be long indeed.
The minute I stepped in class the bell rang to indicate the first period is starting everyone was rushing to secure a spot for themselves and friends and me being me I went straight ahead to sit at the corner in the back as usual.
"Silence everyone"
Proff. Michael Daniels announced his presence and the class was so quiet.
"Welcome back, for the second semester and we will begin right away"
Malia came in the middle of the class and came to sit at the back with me .
"When did you become popular everyone is staring at you, you have a lot to tell me after this"
She laughed it off
"Didn't you know I'm dating Matthew"
"Wait, what, one Mathew Gordon's whose dad owns Gordon's winery, no way, since when, I'm so behind with this kinda things, you gonna gist me everything and when all this started"
She laughed now too loud now everyone was looking on our direction
"Relax, I got you "
"Malia Khan and Kendall winston care to share what's making you both laugh"
I was trying to come up with a legit reason but Malia bet me to it
"Uh, no sir"
"Yeah, I thought so, this is the last warning if you don't want to study get out, I don't want you disturbing my class"
Malia was about to stand but I held her hand so firm that she was back to sitting.
"Okay, let's continue , where were we again"
Chris the nerd answered him and we continued
"Okay, guys that's for today, let's meet again have a great time"
And with that she was gone and everyone else did
"But hey, Andy wants to talk to you "
The popular kid wants to talk to me ? How.
"No, thanks, we'll be late on our next lecture see you"
I didn't wait for her to answer but I just went ahead.
The next classes were really boring or maybe its because my mind was not in school, what is it that KB wants to tell me.
Its lunch time and Malia was waiting for me at the cafeteria .
" hey, girl, mind grabbing lunch with me"
"Sure, let's go"
The minute we took our order and sat down
Matthew and his friends came straight to our table.
It felt weird and being the center of attraction really pissed me off.
"So babe, what's her name, Andy has been really eyeing her ever since , oh wait is she Kendall"
Matthew asked Malia
"Oh yeah"
"No wonder Andy is so hang over her , she's a whole package"
"What did you say"
Malia hit Matthew playfully
"I mean, she can't get to your league you get"
Ouch that hurts but I didn't take it at heart , Malia is a snack and I'm not lying .
She's got them t**s, ass looks money and anything you wanna mention . Her body is work of art, The almighty really took his time to create her, she's everything any girl would ask for but let's not talk about her strict parents I'm even shocked she's allowed to have a boyfriend .
"Hi Kendall, how are you doing, you seem spaced out"
Andy startled me, I've been spaced out lately.
"Uh, hi, I'm fine"
He nodded and they both devoured on their meals .
The rest of the time was the boys throwing words at each other until lunch break was over.
"I gotta head to class, see you guys, its been a pleasure sitting with you , if you'll excuse me"
And with that I was out of their sight .
I thought I've gotten them out of my back but Andy came after me.
"Hey, wait, your book"
He gave it to me and went ahead like he haven't talked to me, weird .
The next class was really interesting except the last class and its now time to go home though I was really exhausted.
I got back home freshened up and changed into comfortable clothes ready to call KB but he beat me to it .
"Hey, babe, how are you , "
He looked distressed
"Hey, I'm fine"
He didn't even call me babe , what's going on to be honest.
"Uh, are you okay, you look stressed, you can tell me anything "
He scratched his head to show how stressed he was.
"Uh, I'm okay, just haven't had enough good sleep the last couple of days, but I'm fine"
He didn't even look at me , and he stood up and left after a while he came back with a bottle of water.
"Tell me , you wanted to tell me something, what is it"
He looked on his side and a petite, brown, short girl with ginger head came to view.
"Babe, what are you doing up so early"
I heard the girl ask him.
" uh, nothing I'll be on bed right away, go ahead and he kissed him before leaving"
"Wait, what was that KB"
"I'm sorry I have to go, we'll talk later, goodbye"
and he closed his laptop.
What was that really, I didn't know if I should cry or pity myself , He already have a girlfriend ?
I asked myself the same question over and over but didn't find an answer
He really have a lot of explaining to do, what the hell.
I tried to not think of anything about KB but I failed miserably like how does he do this to me, I thought I meant something to him.
I tried reading a book but nothing happened . I decided to take a walk to clear my head up but nothing was working for me , my thoughts were caught up to KB having a new girlfriend and its just been a week not even a whole week four days.
saying it hurts would be an understatement to be honest , it hurts more than a b***h the thought of it crashes my heart so much.
I got back in the house and called Kayla , she's really the only person I can talk to at the moment .
she picked on the second ring and I couldn't be thankful for real.
" hey shawttie, miss me already, he asked and she really looked happy"
I couldn't spare my cry, i started crying the minute I heard her voice.
"it hurts Kayla, I think KB has a new girlfriend already"
"hey, calm down babe, just cry I'm here for you , get it out your chest.
I even cried louder for a couple of minutes and she let me be.
"this looks stupid Kay, crying over someone that have already moved on, its like he was using me all this time"
"don't say like that maybe he has his own reason because I always admired the both of you "
"I feel stupid to be honest"
I chuckled at myself
"you are not stupid , you are the bravest and wise person I know , so don't beat yourself up because of a guy, plus maybe it was just a prank that he was pulling , don't let it eat you up"
"no, kay , you just want me to feel okay you don't wanna admit it"
" but still I know you got this babe , calm down."
She is right I'm not sure if she's her girlfriend I'm just over thinking everything at this point.
"thanks Kay, always make me feel okay when I'm not, thanks for always being there"
"its cool don't worry, you have always been there for me and I couldn't ask for another Bestfriend than you, I love you , and take care"
