LOVE AT FIRST SITE

CHAPTER 4

The next week I stayed indoors most of the time, the only time I got out of my room is when my mum wants to give me some chores and when I'm going to eat .

It didn't bother me at all because I've always been an indoor person but come on I was going nuts missing KB.

The only time I saw him was once he came by tried to come in and talk to me but my mum wouldn't let him even my Bestfriend who mum liked a lot but don't get me wrong though she was always in the house but mum couldn't let her talk to me, it sucked though I really had to just do what she says or else she'd add me another month of grounded .

I tried sneaking to go use my phone but mum was always on my radar so I just gave up..

Today is on Saturday the last day of being grounded I don't know but I really wanted to go outside.

Kayla visited today but she was all dressed up , she was going out of town with the guys and I'm here hooked in my room, no phone, no laptop no nothing ,

"Aunty can Kendall come with me today, our friends really miss her it won't take long"

I heard Kayla talking to mum downstairs.

"No, Kayla we talked about this already she's going nowhere until she learns her lesson "

I frowned but was alittle happy knowing my best friend does love and care for me.

"But aunt she's already learnt her lesson and it was only her first time sleeping outside, don't you think you are being hard on her?"

Kayla with her convincing tactics I hope mum gives in .

"Kayla, I know what you are trying to do but No,, and I'm sticking by it so just quit already "

I can assume Kayla is pouting at her right now.

"Your trick won't work this time round I'll be in my room of you need anything but don't dare go in her room or try to convince me again this matter is settled already"

"But aunt how can I go alone and leave her, what if something happens to me will your conscious be clear about it, just let her come please"

I'm now smiling alone like an i***t,

"mhm I really pulled a gem as a Bestfriend , damn"

I heard mum or maybe Kayla sighing , .

" You and your tongue ,huh,, fine you both can go but be careful out there and be back soon"

" oh my she accepted" I said this to myself.

I heard Kayla shout but stopped all of a sudden when mum talked

"come back here I'm not done yet, sit down, I'll be the one to tell her"

"Okay aunt"

I heard footsteps approaching and immediately ran on my bed and pretended to be sleeping.

my door opened but I had to keep on with the act

" I know you heard everything kayla so get your ass up and hurry you might be keeping the others waiting already "

I couldn't keep up the act and woke up really fast before she could change her mind and hugged her really tight

"Thank you mum, you are the best"

"huh, after i grounded your ass you still think I'm the best?"

she asked with that cute smile on her face .

"of course mum, I wouldn't trade you for another one"

I said this while looking for something to wear.

"Kayla is here, help her get something to wear"

"Okay aunt "

before she could even finish her sentence I jumped on her so hard that we both found ourselves lying down

"Ouch Kay"

she complained but I couldn't let her go,.

"You are the best , no wonder I love you this much, thanks a lot best friend,"

"Aawwwwn, stop before i start crying, go take a shower"

"You better go, before I change my mind"

Mum said while locking my bedroom door .

"Okay, on it Mommy"

I didn't wait I just ran into the shower withing two minutes I was already done.

"Mmh, when did you start taking a bath so fast, you miss someone "

She sing said the last part and I couldn't keep my self from smiling and she is right , I miss him too much

" He keeps asking about you all the time, how you are if you've eaten if you are happy I second doesn't pass without him asking and I find it so cute "

" I miss him too, he was here the other day, I saw it in his eyes, he was so happy when he saw me but you know mum, she send him away"

" He is also another reason I couldn't stop convincing aunt to just let it slide"

"Thank you,"

"Hurry up they'll be here in the next like four minutes "

She said it feeling unsure while walking at the window.

"Hurry up, they are already here , we can't keep them waiting plus he's out the car looking up here"

I was already at the window half naked confirming her statement because she can get naughty .

"Oh my, he's looking very handsome, wait what, you knew he was wearing black and white that's why you picked that outfit right"

"what, after made aunt agree for you to come with us, this is what you repay me huh"

She said it dramatically while holding at her chest pretending to be crying .

" I can't with you, and I'm not wearing that"

"hey don't do that to me please , you both will look great, now hurry up before they leave us ."

"fine"

of course they can't leave us but I just decided to wear the outfit .

" it My Babe calling"

Kayla said with a goofy smile.

"okay, pick up and put him on loud speaker"

"okay"

"hey babe, miss me already huh"

"its that obvious, is she coming , are you guys ready "

" hey , chill, she's not coming I'm still convincing aunt"

"or maybe I should come and try convincing her "

KB said feeling restless, I really miss him I can't wait to hold him even though it sounds cheesy.

"no worries I got this, but she's not budging maybe we should just go the three of us"

"No way, I'm not cut for third wheeling, or I should just let you guys go"

"damn, loverboy, shes coming aunt let her she's happy "

"what the f**k Kayla, I'm gonna punch you on the face for making me feel bad, don't you dare I'll beat your balls don't try me"

I heard Bry saying and we both laughed out loud

"How I had missed her laugh"

" I'm gonna hung up now"

She didn't wait and she just hanged up.
