“What the hell?” Brandon curses, getting off me, and covering me with the towel as he sits protectively beside me. I sit up behind him, overwhelmed and flustered by the unattended itch left between my legs that still needs attention. “Leave us,” Brother declares, his tone so calm, yet laced with a deadly promise, as he holds the door open for Brandon. “If someone should leave. It's you.” Brandon retorts, and I understand his irritation, but this isn't the right time. And disrespecting the alpha might land him in serious trouble. I grip his arm. He turns to look at my face, and I shake my head at him to keep quiet.
