Zane smiled and they drove on to his house. When they arrived, he opened the garage and drove in closing the door behind them. Then he got out and opened the door for her. He unlocked the door to the house and entered turning on the lights as he went. “Coffee?” “Sounds great,” Amanda replied as she moved around the living room studying the pictures and trophies on his shelves. Zane busied himself making coffee and answered her questions with shouts over his shoulder when necessary. The kettle boiled and he poured their coffee. He turned around and found Amanda standing behind him. She smiled quietly as she looked up at him. He looked down into her blue eyes searching for what had been there ten years before.
