The kids ran to me with big smile on their faces. Their innocent minds unaware of the grave situation that surrounded, unaware of the danger that lurked on the horizon. I smiled at my two angels who were approaching me with speed.

“What is it?” I asked as they stopped in front of me.
Aurora had a bunch of flowers in her hand which she offered to me. I accepted the flowers grinning. “Thank you, baby girl. They are so pretty like you.” I spoke.
