Avalana’s POV
After five more minutes of debate, the kids eventually gave in. The verbal debate with them left me physically exhausted since they always had some sassy comebacks ready for me. I exited the room to go to our room to get freshened up I needed to rinse my face and make myself present table.
I went straight to the bathroom and stared at my expression in the mirror. I looked a lot better; my face looked a lot better. For once I didn’t look like I was done with life and tired. Smiling to my reflection, I turned the tap on and splashed some cool water on my face instantly feeling the cold relief.
