Avalana’s POV Without any further warning, I swing my hand back and brought it down on his chest with as much force as I could. Lucan couldn’t even scream; all he could do was gasp and choke on his own blood and look down at his own chest as the blood poured out and the butcher knife stuck into his skin. I pulled the knife hard and it finally came off, making him lose even more blood very quickly. From behind I could feel Callahan thrashing his seat and blabber loudly in protest.
