Doctor Smiler goes to work. He sits down, suddenly a mysterious patient identical to him comes in. Doctor Smiler says to him: "Who are you?, you look so identical to me." The patient says: "I'm actually a doctor too, my name is Marco Smiler." Doctor Smiler gets shocked and says: "You are probably my long lost twin, I need to call my parents."
