Doctor Smiler's chat with his girlfriend

Doctor Smiler's girlfriend calls him. He picks the phone up and says: "Hi, babe, there's something I need to tell you." She asks: "What is it, babe?" He answers: "Babe, now I live in California." She says: "Babe, why?, now we're far away from each other." He answers: "Babe, I had to leave because I have recently been arrested, so I left so that the police have a hard time finding me, I had even desguised myself at the airport, wearing all black." She says: "Oh, I understand, babe, I'm gonna move to California too so that we can be closer to each other." Darco smiles and says: "Ok, babe, I need to go now, a patient is waiting." Kiera says: "See you, babe." He says: "See you,babe." He hangs up. Then,he turns to the patient and says: "Hello, how may I help you?" The patient answers: "I have red eyes because I can't sleep during nights." Doctor Smiler takes a long needle out. Doctor Smiler approaches the patient and stings the needle in the patient's left eye. The patient dies. Doctor Smiler laughs maniacally and puts the patient in a large box, as usual. Later, Darco goes to his hotel room.
