Doctor Smiler takes his phone out and calls doctor Killera. He asks her on the phone: "Hello, my love, how are you doing today?" She answers: "Hi, darling, I'm doing fine, how about you?" He answers: "I'm always happy when I hear you, bae." She smiles and says: "Well, babe, I need to go now, my patient is waiting." He smiles and says: "Yes, babe, I understand, I'm also busy today, talk to you later." He puts his phone in his pocket and sits, waiting for the patient named Lilly May. The patient named Lilly May comes to him and greets him: "Hi, doctor!" Doctor Smiler looks at her with his famous crazy wide smile and says: "Hello, dear, how may I help you?" Lilly answers: "Doctor, I have a headache, it just won't stop hurting." Doctor Smiler says: "Well, dear, let me check, lay on the bed, please." Lilly listens to him. Doctor Smiler takes a thermometer out and measures her head temperature. He says: "Lilly, your temperature is very high, sleep please." She falls asleep. He takes her body and stores it in a large box. His phone rings. He sees his girlfriend's number calling. He picks the phone up and asks: "Hi babe, are you free now?" She smiles and says: "Ok, babe." Doctor Smiler goes outside, he sits in his car and drives. He picks Kiera up and takes her to a restaurant. They go out of his car and sit close to each other at a restaurant table. Darco calls: "Waiter!" The waiter comes and asks: "Hello, what would you two like to order?" Darco answers: "We would both like a spaghetti, please, but just get one spaghetti, we'll both eat that one spaghetti." The waiter smiles and says: "Yes, I understand, you two look so in love." The waiter leaves. Darco kisses Kiera's neck and puts her on his lap. Kiera snuggles with Darco and kisses his lips. Darco smiles and kisses her lips back. The waiter returns, carrying a spaghetti with meatballs and places it in front of them. They both thank the waiter and the waiter leaves. Darco and Kiera eat spaghetti together and even kiss while eating spaghetti. Kiera gushes: "Thank you babe for this romantic date, I love you more than this spaghetti."
