“Jayson?” she whispered.
He smiled faintly. “I guess no one told you I was back from the dead.”
Gina stepped protectively closer to Caroline.
“What the hell is he doing here?” Caroline snapped at me.
“I was just about to ask the same thing,” I said, my voice low.
