“What do you mean they failed?” Robertson snarled, banging on my table.
“We don't know what happened,” the messenger stuttered, stepping back. “Everything was going as planned then suddenly Kane showed up with his men.”
“Kane?” Robertson paused.

“And how did he know?” Robertson asked calmly, brandishing his pistol.
