While running for his dear life, Charlie noticed an old man sitting on top of a large tree. The old man was emitting strong aura like that of an orange ranker.
Charlie was about running in another direction when an idea popped into his head. His lips curled up, revealing a mischievous grin that spread across his face like a crack In a mirror.He struck the tree with all the strength he could muster, then shouted ,
“Grandpa, please wakeup and deal with this chicken for me!” Charlie said, then he quickly activated the ONE WITH THE EARTH technique and ran to a safer distance.
The old man fell off the giant tree, he quickly stood up and dusted his shirt looking confused.
“Who the hell is disturbing my sle…”
Before the old man could finish what he was about to say Charlie had appeared behind him. He tried to shove an oily chicken into his mouth, but A shimmering barrier flickered to life around the old man, its surface reflecting the surrounding tree like a mirage. Charlie was rebounded by the barrier that appeared out of nowhere.
“What a sweet smelling aroma “ the old man sniffed around “how did you make this!”
With a wave of his hand, the chicken flew towards him and he ate it with Glee. While the old man was eating the chicken, a flaming feather suddenly struck his hand, knocking the chicken wings out of his hands.
The old man looked up, to see an enraged chicken glaring back at him.
“Die! You bastard!” The flame feathered chicken sent the old man flying with five more fiery feathers attack.
Before the old man could breathe a sigh of relief, he saw dozens of feathers streaking towards him. He quickly sidestepped to Dodge some of the attacks, but he was later buried in feathers.
In the heart of the mystical forest, a fierce battle unfolded. The flame feathered chicken unlatched a wave of flame feathers, scorching the earth beneath.
The old man levitated a big boulder with his telekinesis, deflecting the attacks.
Charlie's eyes glinted with a strange light when he saw the old man control the boulder to deflect the attack. He quickly summoned a boulder to block the chicken's charge.
Flame feather's beak glowed like a red-hot poker, striking the boulder with a shower of sparks. Charlie countered by conjuring a vortex of soil, trapping flame feather's legs.
The old man seized the opportunity to throw a fallen tree trunk at the chicken, with his telekinesis.
The chicken began flapping it's wings, generating a violent whirlwind that sent the rock flying back at the old man. Charlie quickly reacted by conjuring a huge earth wall to shield the old man.
“Cough! Cough! You better give me a reasonable explanation for this…” the old man said as he faced Charlie.
“Don't worry, you get to keep 20 percent of the chicken corpse!” Charlie said,
“50% and you'll make it as delicious as the one I just ate!” The old man haggled.
“Die!” The chicken's eyes burned with fury as it unleashed a mighty blast of flames.it rushed towards the duo, with fury burning in its eyes.
Charlie and the old man joined hands together, with the old man using his telekinesis to amplify Charlie's earth talent. Together, they created a huge earth wall to deflect The flames.
Flame feathers was rebounded by the wall, and was sent stumbling back by the earthen shield.
“30% do we have a deal?” Charlie Said, while watching the old man face the chicken's barrage of attacks head-on.
The flame feathered chicken burnt all his essence as it fought both Charlie and the old man with its life on the line. Who wouldn't be angry if his meat was being shared in his presence, while he was still alive.
Charlie summoned a barrage of sharp rocks, which the old man levitated towards the flame feathered chicken with precision. The chicken's wings beats fiercely, generating a whirlwind that deflected the rocks, but the old man had anticipated this. With a flick of his wrist, he redirected the rocks, striking flame feathers with a hall of stone projectiles.
As the battle raged on, the forest around them began to suffer. The trees burned and the earth cracked from the constant elemental clashes.
The chicken attacked until there was no feather on its body, yet it didn't stop attacking, trading injury for injury. Its resilience was legendary.
“Old man, I'll trap him in place while you deliver the killing blow” Charlie moved near
“Don't go back on your word, young man!” the old man said.
My name's Kent, and I'm not that old, I just clocked 76!” The old man said.
“Okay, grandpa!”
The three parties fought for five more minutes before the flame feathered chicken became exhausted. It was about to fall down at any moment but both Charlie and Kent stayed far from the chicken, looking at it vigilantly.
Flame feathers flared at the duo who had now cut off it's escape root with its crimson eyes, “you will never get the chance to humiliate me!” The flame feathered chicken shouted before rushing towards Charlie with full force.
Suddenly, the chicken began to inflate like a blow-up doll. Charlie sensing what was about to happen, quickly used the king of earth’s manipulation talent to hold the chicken in place. The chicken was petrified from leg up to the neck.
“Old man, get down and cover your ears!” Charlie shouted before escaping into the earth.
The violent spiritual energy running through the flame feathered chicken's body was now concentrated at the chicken's head due to the petrification of its whole body by Charlie's earth manipulation. The energy having nowhere to be released, filled up the head and it began to expand like an air filled balloon.
Charlie's eyes strained, his breath labored as he clung to the petrification skill like a drowning man clinging to a lifeline, his body trembling with exhaustion.
The head, after reaching its limit, burst open and blood and brain matters spilled everywhere.
