I am surprised by some of what I have just heard, but at the same time, it makes a twisted kind of sense. Clive is actually Yolanda, and poor Clive is the one lying in a coma. That explains the weird mind link issue. He couldn't answer us because he was unconscious. This b***h is even more of a problem than we thought. I still needed to figure out how she was able to fight my Alpha command, but then a realization hit me.
"She could have been telling the truth when I commanded her," I say, glancing at Lilith. "Maybe she just didn't have an actionable plan yet to get rid of Gloria. She had only been back a day when she discovered Gloria was my mate. And maybe the witch really did come to her, even if Yolanda was the one who reached out. It's not technically a lie.
