"Why do you say that?" James was a bit shocked when Cordelia said she thought Ebony was having a miscarriage.
Cordelia shrugged her shoulders and replied. "I don't know. It was weird. I had this feeling of sadness and grief wash over me and it was like I was watching Ebony and Patrick crying in each others arms. Then the word miscarriage entered my mind. Just a gut feeling, I guess."
Anita and Allistar looked at each other then at Cordelia. "Second-sight." they said in unison.
A knock on the suite door prevented any further discussion of the subject, as James answered the door to one of the security detail. He passed the food in to James, thanking him for his kindness in providing a meal for him and his security detail, before leaving.
