When Gema was busy checking the pregnant woman's condition, Cilla then looked down at the pregnant woman. Cilla realized that the woman had been expelled something out. She saw a clear liquid seeping out from the bottom of the pregnant woman. Cilla then panicked and immediately shouted, “Teacher! Teacher! Look at that!" Cilla pointed at the clear fluid that the pregnant woman had expelled.
