Gema breathed a sigh of relief when he heard the sound of an ambulance approaching him. Then he waved at the ambulance as a sign that the patient was nearby him.
The ambulance approached Gema and also Cilla. The driver directly parked on the side of the road. The medics immediately brought the patient’s bed.
“Come-come-come! Come on!” said one of the medics and immediately opened the back of the ambulance.
“What happened? What is her condition?” said one of the nurses who had approached Gema as well as the patient.
“She is pregnant and her amniotic fluid ruptured.” Gema explained to the nurses.
“Stop crying, okay? Your mother will be fine soon.” Cilla again calmed the son of the pregnant woman who was unconscious.
“She is in her 30s. Her pulse is gone. She needs intubation.” Gema aga
