“Right you, bed time!”
The music for the end of the film had just started to play as the first of the credits rolled up the screen.
“No, wait a second, there’s still a funny bit at the end after the names,” cried Clarissa, trying desperately to grab the remote from her sister’s boyfriend before he turned off the screen.
But it was too late!
With a huge smirk spreading across his face, Gary hit the red button and the screen went dark.
“Nooo!” the little girl whimpered as she grabbed for the remote. But Gary was too quick. He lifted it up out of her reach and dangled it above her.
When Clarissa stood on the sofa to try again, Gary just switched hands so once again it was too far away for the little girl to reach.
