Out for a Run

Kira POV

She was eating her food and it made me feel happy that she was here and safe. When I saw her kneel to the little girl made me realize how great a mom she would be to our pups. As we ate Malcolm being Malcolm asking her age was funny but the response was even better as she sassed him back.

She was playing with her hands after she finished eating.

Angels wolf form had to be a sight I could not wait to see as the rest of the pack laughed as I got up and picked Angel up and tossed her over my shoulder. She flailed her arms and kicked her legs as one of her hands smacked my ass by accident. I retaliated my smacking hers and she stopped moving as she let out a low little squeal. With that, I ran out of the packhouse to the nearby forest before I put her down laughing at the horrified look on her face.

"Yes, Angel?" I asked as I saw her cheeks were dusted with I light pink colour.

You smacked my ass in front of the whole pack. she said in my head and I sighed.

"I know Angel but honestly you started it," I said and pulled her into my arms as I pressed my face in her hair before kissing it.

Yes, but mine was an accident and honestly it is not like I didn't like it. That statement coming from her was a surprise and I pulled my face from her hair.

She looked up at me and I moved her hair from her neck as I tilted her head up to show me her beautiful angelic face just as I pressed my lips to hers softly. that caught her attention and she kissed me back as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

I could feel my wolf Luca stir awake and started to give his opinion about what we should do at this moment.

Come on make her ours right now we have been looking for her so long. Luca said whining to get out.

Luca that is enough, we will be doing it tonight as long as she is comfortable with it plus you get to go for a run with her right now. I said before he tried to take control.

I pulled from the kiss before we went too far and Angel seemed to blush even more as she touched my face softly.

"Let's go for the run before my wolf takes over," I said as I kissed her forehead softly.

We pulled apart and went behind separate trees to strip down and shift. The natural cracks and snaps of my body shifting into our wolf forms feeling so free. I stepped out from my behind my tree I saw a pure white wolf with beautiful blue eyes, compared to my black fur and green eyes.

I gingerly walked over to her and I could smell her amazing scent as I sat beside her.

I opened our mind link and as I put my head on hers.

Ready to run Angel? I asked her nuzzling into her head.

Yes, I am. she said as she stood on all fours and I smiled as she took off running.

I ran after her with the wind running through our fur as I caught up to her easily and she ran around a tree and I slowed to a walk to follow behind her. I circled the tree but I came up empty and I shook my head just as Angel jumped on me causing me to fall to the forest floor.

Angel that was uncalled for you know. I sighed laying under her as she moved a little so she was laying beside me pressing close

But then we couldn't lay like this. her voice was sad as she buried her muzzle into my neck.

I know you were just playing but my question is why?

I never got to play with anyone my age when I was young because my dad kept me under lock and key after my mother attacked me. After all, she thought of me as a monster after I was born and I wasn't perfect. she cuddled into me more as she explained her sad life.

Angel that is not okay you know I would never do that to you or any of our pups right.

I know, but my father wouldn't let anyone see me shift because he thought I was special and favoured by the Moon Goddess and hid me from the pack and any visiting packs as you could tell. that room was my prison and I wasn't allowed to run at all.

I was surprised by her confession cause Luca to surface and growl in our heads.

I will kill him the next time we see him.

Angel jumped before relaxing as I heard another female voice in my head.
