I woke with everyone around me and Kira look relieved to see that I was awake. 

I could hear Lavender chewing them out, "What did I say about stressing her our like that."

"Not to but this was good news," Kira muttered as he turned to look at her.

"Still it is not good for her and pup considering her fainting spells are more worrisome then I had first thought." Lavender gasps as she holds a small device in her hand.

"What do you mean?" I asked as I started to sit up and I felt a tug on my hand.

I looked down at it and saw an IV pumping me full of liquids and from what I can guess is sugar.

"It seems that you have a serious condition that can be managed closely but it is something that you will have to deal with for the rest of your life. This condition is Type 1 diabetes, it may be rare for our kind to have it but it does happen. This also explains your fainting all those times because your blood sugars are dangerously low." Lavender explained as I started to realize that it made sense.

"That makes a lot of sense." I point out as I press the hand without the iv attached to my belly.

"So this means you need to check your sugars regularly and take insulin to keep them balanced."

Kira looked at me and kissed my head.

"We will do what we need to keep her from fainting like this again." Kira declared as he went over to Lavender to get all the information on how to handle my new condition.

I was so confused as I was a werewolf so I should be fine but my healing was always finicky so I guess I'm even more special then people use to say.

"Have you notified the Alpha of the Summer Moon pack about me?" I asked as I look over to Raven and Ash.

Raven hands him over to me and I hold him close as Kira doesn't answer and so I take that as a no. I stroke his head softly as he sleeps soundly and Malcolm looks at me shocked.

"He always cries when other people hold him," Malcolm complained.

"I guess he likes me more than you." I giggle as Kira comes back with a small case with all the stuff I will need for the week.

"It is true Mal, she is around him more than his papa." Raven grinned looking at her mate.

Malcolm didn't answer he just slumped in his chair pouting and crossed his arms.

"Okay Love, you need to eat so I don't almost have another heart attack," Kira said as I handed Ash back to Raven.

I could only nod as Lavender pulled the tube from my hand and put a small bandage on the small puncture wound.

Kira tried to pick me up but I brushed him off and stood on my own and headed to the door.

"Let's go eat in the dining room," I grumble as I walk through the door and walked towards the dining room.

"I will call the Summer Moon Pack tomorrow okay love," Kira questioned as we walked.

"Yes but next time just them instead of pushing it off."

That silenced him as I sat in my usual spot as I saw both Laurel and Robin walking into the dining room.

"Mommy," Robin yelled as she ran to me and jumped into my lap.

"Yes, my little bird?" I ask her as I hold her to me.

"Auntie told me you where sick."

"I'm okay now and it looks like its dinnertime."

She nodded as Laurel picked her up and put robin up and put her in her chair beside me.

Kira watched us and kissed my head softly.

"What was my sugars before we left Lavender's?" I asked Kira

"They were higher than when you came in but still low."

I sighed as the chef brought out all the food and Kira started to dish out my food making me feel like a child but also made me blush.

I nodded to him and he got Robin's plate ready as I started to eat slowly. I saw the pack look at me as I ate happily and so did Robin as Kira sat with his wine and food.

Tomorrow was another day and I honestly can not wait to see how it will be handled. I do wonder if I will be accepted by her or left wondering if things would have been different if she raised me.
