Jesse "Stop messing with me jerk!" I said, pushing him away. I pouted as I sat down on the bed. He's teasing me too much nowadays. He chuckled softly before sitting beside me. "You look like your mom," Tristan said suddenly. "—and she looks really young," I smiled at his comment. It's true, my mom looks super young. She is often mistaken for my older sister. I don't know how many people have asked me if she is my sister. I look just like her while Lisa looks exactly like my dad. "I know, heard that since I was a child," I chuckled. "You still look like a child. It's just you grew tall," He said, trying to resist his laughter. "I'm seriously beginning to regret inviting you to dinner," I scowled but he just laughed at that. "BOYS!! DINNER'S READY!" We heard mom shouting from downstairs. "Let's go," I said before standing up. He nodded and followed me downstairs. When we got there, dad and Lisa were already there. Dad smiled as he turned to see me. He ruffled my hair when I hugged him. Dad is really busy these days so I don't get to see him often. I missed him. "You must be Tristan," He said, shaking hands with Tristan. "That's me, it's really nice to meet you, Mr.Miller," Tristan smiled. "Call me Alex, son," Dad patted Tristan on the back. "Jesse, sweety can you help set the table?" I heard my mom say from the kitchen. "Yes, mom," I replied, walking towards the table. I decided to introduce Lisa to Tristan after I put everything on the table but when I got back to the living room they were already having a conversation. I guess they introduced themselves... But....why are they both blushing? "Come on, guys, everything is ready," I said, gesturing to the table and they all followed me. . . . . Dinner was fun. As always everything mom made was delicious. Tristan liked it too, he kept complimenting mom about every dish he tried. We talked, we joked, and we laughed. Everything was perfect except one thing. I don't know how to say it but...... Tristan and Lisa kept glancing at each other. Maybe they know each other? But when I talked about Tristan earlier she didn't seem like she knew him...... Why are they acting like that? I can't explain what it is but I feel weird and I don't like it one bit. It's like something is burning inside me. I was lost in my thoughts that I didn't hear Tristan calling my name. He was saying goodbye to everyone. I looked up and smiled at him. "Come on, I'll walk you outside," I said, opening the door as he followed me out. "It was really nice spending time with your family. They're awesome," He said with a light chuckle. I smiled at him. "I'm glad you think so," We were slowly walking to his car. "They're really fun to be around," He said as we reached his car. "You can come here anytime. They really like you, they're gonna bug me to bring you over again anyway," I said while I smiled looking back at the house. Tristan laughed lightly. "I would like that too," He opened his car. " So... Good night then " He said, offering me a gentle smile. "Good night," I waved at him. He chuckled before ruffling my hair and getting into his car. "See ya tomorrow," Tristan said as he drove off. I nodded with a smile. I hope I could hang out with him more. I like being with him. Hello everyone!! I just wanted to say I love you guys ( ˘ ³˘)♥
