Warm afternoon sunlight spilled into my studio. It was a weekday, so very few customers stopped by. Soft scented incense curled from a burner in the corner, wrapping the whole space in its warm, calming fragrance. The only sounds that broke the silence were the soft rustle of tree branches brushing against each other outside the window. I was the only one left minding the shop today.
