A vivid and bustling evening filled with the constant honking of horns, the hum of engines, and a kaleidoscope of headlights. Roads are packed with a diverse mix of vehicles—cars, buses, motorcycles, auto-rickshaws, bicycles. The air is thick with dust, exhaust fumes, and the distant aroma of street food vendors cooking snacks on the roadside.
People are in a rush to get home, weaving through tight spaces with little regard for lane discipline. Traffic lights often seem more like suggestions than rules, and the roads are a symphony of chaos. Pedestrians dart between vehicles, and vendors roam between lanes selling everything from snacks to phone chargers. It’s an organized chaos that reflects the vibrancy and unending hustle. The noise of the horns were screaming in my ears till my head. I somehow reached my half way home. I am watching everyone and my mind is lost in his own thoughts like how good it was if I could fly like these birds, no traffic rush, what would be the dinner? I hope she made something good I'm very hungry. A call breaks my thoughts.
"Hello" I said.
"Hello, Mr.Sanush speaking?"
"Yes who's this"
"You didn't come for the class ?"
A sudden reminder slaps my mind.
"I - I am on my way, will be there in 10 mins"
"Okay" she cuts the call.
It just went out of my mind that today is my first day at my new tution. I got ready in the formal in the morning only but on this tierd day it just vanished from my mind.I tell the rikshaw uncle to drop me at the same place, as I do not have enough money. I start running, somehow reach and enter the reception office. Two receptionists are sitting and it looks like they are just waiting for me.
"Go to that class" she points her finger to the class.
I move towards it. I am puffing. I push the door, A girl is standing in front of me It seems like she was going to open the door too. She has expressive, almond-shaped eyes that speak volumes, adorned with a subtle touch of kohl. Her hair, neatly tied back, frames her face perfectly, showcasing her soft smiling coral pink lips that light up her entire presence. Her skin glows with a healthy, natural complexion, complemented by the simplicity of a heena green and its contrasting colours of kurta pant and dupatta around her neck following downwards both of its ends. I just forgot to blink my eyes and my heart skips a beat at first glance. My all weary vanish. I give a soft smile puffing and sweating.
