I manage to convince Gregory to excuse me from training today, he can't really refuse but I thought it would be more respectful to ask. I need to get over to Sonia's house as soon as I can. Whatever is going on is really bothering me. This isn't at all like the Sonia I know and love. After breakfast, Patrick escorts me to Sonia's house. It's a cold and rainy day but we walk anyway; it's not far away.
I knock sharply on the door and my heart begins to beat faster. What am I going to be walking into here? Are her parents trying to get back at me for having her move into our house? To my surprise, it's Sonia that opens the door.
"Sonia! I'm so relieved to see you. Are you ok?" I ask.
"I'm fine. You shouldn't be here."
