I was not really bothered when Marco asked that I be the one to speak to Sophia; however, I felt like at that moment she needed some time alone, and going to speak to her could be invading their privacy, which was the reason I decided to have a meeting with the guys instead.
The shipments that were supposed to be cleared had not been gotten yet, and there was no way I was leaving it in the hands of Agent Thompson and his men.
We needed to make sure that we found a way to go back to Chicago and get that shipment because that was a huge investment on my end, and there was no way I was leaving it to the government of Chicago like that.
It was not as if it was going to take anything from me to abandon that shipment, but everything about the government of Chicago annoyed me
