I watched as Marco drove Sophia away from the mansion, driving her out of the gate and taking her to my mother's place, and just then I called my mother on the phone.
"Hello, Mom." "I do not mean to interrupt your life, but Sophia is coming over right now," I said to her, knowing she was not going to disagree, but I just felt the need to inform her ahead of time so that she does not seem surprised when Sophia gets there.
"Why, what is going on, son?" Tell me what is going on. What exactly is the problem? Why are you sending her out of your place, away from the mansion, to my place?" She asked me as she seemed to instantly notice that something was off.
