I could not ask the question again because she said it with so much confidence in her voice, and one could tell from the way she sounded that she was not bluffing at all when she said she did not have anything to lose. It was at that moment that I thought it through and through, and I realized that she had nothing to lose; she was the only one, and she did not have any family or relatives. The only person she had in her life was herself.
