I was interested in knowing what she had gone to the lawyer's office for, even though I knew that there were certain things I was not supposed to interfere in. Seeing that this lawyer has been a lawyer for a long time, I felt like whatever it is that was going on in her life at the moment, it was going to be, in a way, connected to us. I knew very well how deceiving these people could be and how much they might try to get her to be with them, and they knew very well that she might not be aware of all of these things from the beginning.
