Damian's POV
I was not okay with the way Marco kept asking me those questions as if he did not have the idea that it is going to be extremely difficult to try to convince Sophia to come with me to Los Angeles. I had a safe place here we could stay for a while if only she was going to come. But he and I know very well that the only part of that that will be extremely difficult for us would have to be inviting Sophia.
He already knew it was going to be a bother, but he came in asking me the exact same thing as if he was trying to piss me off.
"I do not know if it would be convenient; I think it is you who should tell her first, boss," he said to me, and at that moment I turned to him, staring at him in silence because I was obviously mad at him.
