Chapter 3

AMBER'S POV

My eyes widened, and my heart beat fast when I saw the grumpy man staring at me. Why did I see him again? I tried to smile at the grumpy man, but he didn't even smile back. I just bowed my head as I entered the elevator. I remembered the bad dream I had earlier. Why did I dream of this man when I've only seen him once?

I reached the 5th floor and rushed out of the elevator, feeling like I was suffocating with that man. It's a good thing, and I didn't hear any grumpiness from him; he was just quiet. I'm only sure of one thing. His bearded, closed face is frowning again.

I was thirty minutes early, and I waited in the waiting area of Ma'am Megan's office. She didn't know that I would be waiting; unlike yesterday, I was with Sir Vance, so she knew I was here.

I waited for fifteen minutes until Ma'am Megan came out with Sir Vance from her office. The two were laughing and haven't noticed me yet. It's really obvious that they look more like officemates; I feel like the two have a relationship.

"Oh, Amber, have you been there for a while?" Sir Vance asked me when he noticed me sitting in the waiting area.

"Not too long ago, Sir, I just arrived too. Good morning, Ma'am Megan." I greeted them.

"Oh, I hope you knocked on the door, Amber, so you can have breakfast with us," Ms. Megan told me with a smile.

"I already had my breakfast at home before leaving. Thank you."

"Oh, hey, I must leave you girls now because I'll start to work. Good luck on your first day, Amber,” Sir Vance said.

I was introduced by Ms. Megan to the employees of Perault Land Corporation. About eighty employees work here in the building, and everyone seems to be kind. Fortunately, there are people my age in the admin department, so I can have friends in the office. I have been introduced to employees from the 1st floor to the 7th floor.

"Amber, let's go to the executive office. I will introduce you to the CEO’s secretary.” Finally, Ma'am Megan will finish introducing me to everyone, of whom I can barely remember the names of all my co-workers, but that's normal.

"Okay, ma'am." I followed after her as she entered the elevator first.

The 8th floor is spacious, and only the conference room and CEO’s office can be found there. There was a table outside the CEO’s office, and a man was sitting there whom Ma'am Megan and I approached.

"Hi, James." Ma'am Megan greeted the man who suddenly stood up when he saw us. He looks like my age, too.

"I just want you to meet Amelia Bernadeth, our new employee in the admin department." Ma'am Megan introduced me to the secretary. "You can call her Amber. Amber, this is James, our CEO's secretary." I smiled at James and shook his hand. A male secretary is rare, so I was also surprised. I thought he had a different position in the company.

"Nice meeting you, Sir James," I greeted him.

"Just call me James, Ms. Amber; we seem to be the same age anyway. I'm 23 years old, and I've been with the company for two years."

"I'm twenty-four," I answered him.

At the same time, we saw the man I didn't want to see again because of his rudeness, who came out of the CEO’s office. My eyes widened in shock, and just as the man looked at me, his face suddenly darkened when he saw me.

"Hi, Sir Phillip. Are you leaving to meet Mr. Dy?” James asked suddenly. The man took his gaze from me and shifted it to James so I could observe his face. Why does it seem that this man has a huge problem in life? That is why he’s always frowning. He doesn't look like a CEO because he seems to have neglected himself. It's a pity because he has a good body and posture as well as height.

“Yes, I’ll be back before lunch. Prepare the reports I need and put them on my table. I want them ready once I am back,” he told James with so much authority.

“Yes, Sir! By the way, sir, she is Amber, the new employee in the admin department,” James introduced and pointed at me.

I was very surprised by the introduction because I was still staring at him, and our eyes met when he looked at me. But I have to respect him, even if I hate him, so I held out my hand and smiled sweetly at Sir Phillip.

"H-hi, Sir Phillip, I'm Amb-"

"I'm busy, and I need to go!" He cut off what I was going to say. There is a trace of annoyance in his eyes, and I don't know why. I just wanted to introduce myself. What kind of CEO is he? He suddenly left and headed for the elevator without even looking at me.

I was embarrassed. Then, Ma'am Megan told me that we would now go back to our department. James apologized for his boss's behavior, saying that his boss was really rude. On the way back to the department, Ma'am Megan told me that their CEO is really grumpy, not like his father. Ma'am Megan added that he is a woman-hater, and he even treats her the way he treats me at times. She also said that almost all the managers in the company are men, and Ma'am Megan is the only woman because he does not want to interact with women.

"Do you know?" Ma'am Megan whispered to me. "I feel like Sir Phillip wants to remove me from the company, but there is nothing he can do. His dad was the one who hired me, because Sir Phillip's dad and my dad were in the same class in college, so I was hired to this company. Someone else said that Sir Phillip has been here for a long time at the company; he is kind and super handsome, but when his supposed marriage to his fiance did not go through, he became grumpy and neglected himself." Ma'am Megan's shared.

"So, Sir Phillip has been a bachelor until now?" I will ask.

"Yes, and it looks like he has no plans to get married. Sir is already 37 years old. They said he was really hurt when he caught his fiancee with another man. They are getting married. The woman used to be his secretary, but when they became lovers, the woman resigned from the company." Ma'am Megan and I reached the department, and she stopped talking. What happened in Sir Phillip's love life was so sad that he became grumpy.

My day went well. I met Maya, and she is two years older than me. She taught me what to do. It was only clerical jobs and more on admin reports, but I learned easily. Maya is cheerful and talkative; one of the topics she told me about was Sir Phillip. She said that the employees are mad at Sir Phillip because it is said that Sir Phillip's always arrives at 7:30, so the employees start arriving 10 minutes before 8 a.m. just to avoid meeting him in the hallways or elevator. That's why I've been in the elevator twice with him at 7:30, so starting tomorrow I'll do what the other employees do to avoid Sir Grumpy.

Finally, it’s time to go home, so I knocked on Ma'am Megan's office to say goodbye and inform her that I was going home. Ma'am Megan begged me not to tell others that I saw her and Sir Vance having breakfast together because office romance is not allowed in the company. She also admitted that she had an affair with Sir Vance. She said that I look trustworthy and made me promise not to tell her secret to Sir Vance because I was the only one who was told here in the office. I promised to keep what I found out a secret.

PHILLIP POV

"Ohhh..." the woman moaned long as I continued to ride her backwards. "It's delicious, sir! Go ahead... Ohhhh... bury it deeper, please!" the woman begged me, so I put even more pressure on my hard pet, and I continued to thrust while my hands cupped the healthy breasts. The woman almost sank into the bed while holding the headboard with both of her hands for support. I could hear the bed creaking with every thrust.

“F*cking wh*re! Ohhh…” I grunted after a few thrusts, and I shot my rich juice inside the woman. I just laid down on top of the woman while her back was still turned and her body was slowly moving. After a while, I left here and laid down on the bed.

"Get dressed and leave me alone, woman!" I ordered the woman lying on the bed. I know the girl is still tired, but I don't care; I paid her to satisfy my s****l needs, and I'm done using her. She shamelessly went out of my room without a cover while limping. With the size and length of my pet, anyone would have a hard time walking.

The woman knows what to do. She has to leave and will be summoned again when I need to release my body’s heat. I already f*cked that woman several times before and paid her a lot for her service. James, my secretary, is in charge of picking a woman and ensuring that the woman is clean and free of any disease. Women are just my c*m dump.

I closed my eyes, and suddenly the face of my new employee appeared in my mind. I suddenly got up, picked up the boxer shorts that were scattered on the floor, and put them on. I went to my bar counter to take a sip of wine. It's been more than a week since I first saw that woman in the elevator. She is beautiful, and I hate myself for admiring her beauty since day one.

"Damn you, woman, for making me feel this way!" I said as if the woman in front of me and I were talking to her. From the moment I saw the girl, I couldn't stop admiring her simple beauty, especially when she smiled at me. I got even angrier with that girl when I found out that she would be working for my company. Fortunately, I no longer see her every time I arrive. I didn't even know the name of that girl; I believe James mentioned her name, but I don't remember since I was busy looking at her beautiful face at that time. I need to find a way to remove that woman from my company. I will not allow her or any other woman to bother my mind. I will never fall in love again, I swear. Women are pure frauds.

I finished drinking alcohol and went to bed because I have work tomorrow at the office. All this year, after I failed in love, I drank alcohol almost every night just to be able to sleep. I am a living dead; my life sucks since my fiancee cheated on me. It turns out she’s no different from my mother, who cheated on my dad. I hate women!

The following day at the office...

“James, I need the Admin Purchase Order Report for the first half of the year,” I ordered my secretary.

"Yes, sir. I'll ask them from Ms. Megan right away!" he answered on the other intercom. Dad is coming, and I need to report to him. He’s just back from his vacation.

A few minutes later, I heard a knock.

"Come in!" I said authoritatively.

“Good morning, sir!” I suddenly raised my head when I heard the voice of the person who entered. Suddenly my heart started beating faster.“F*ck! What is happening to me?” I looked at the woman who had just entered with a sweet smile on her face. I noticed she tensed up immediately when I looked at her without smiling.

"Do you know that no woman is allowed to enter this room?" The woman held her chest and obviously felt nervous because of what I'd said. I saw the files she was holding.

"I'm sorry, Sir. James is not outside; these are only the files that Ma'am Megan asked me to deliver here. They say it was urgent, so I came here to give them to you." She forced herself to smile sweetly at me again, which made my head even hotter.

"You know what, woman? You're annoying!” I stood up to get the files from her. As I got closer, I could observe her beautiful face more and more. The woman couldn't take my anger anymore and suddenly bowed down and bit her lip.

"Shhh! Stop biting your lips." I was already in front of her and violently took the files I needed from her hand. "Are you trying to seduce me?" I asked, making her lift her face up so I could see her beautiful face even more.

“Sir?” It was a confused question.

“Are you deaf? You are seducing me! My office has rules that no woman is allowed to enter here in my office!”

"Sorry, sir. I don't know about those rules. I just followed what I was told to bring."

“F*ck! I don't care about your reasons. You're a slut!” I don't know why I told that to the woman in front of me, even though she was obviously a decent person. She suddenly looked at me, her eyes becoming cold.

"Excuse me, Mr. Perault, even though you are the owner of the company, you don't have any right----"

“How dare you raise your voice? You’re fired!” I can’t control myself; I really hate the woman in front of me.

"No, Mr. Perault, I quit!” She raised her forehead and said that to me while looking straight into my eyes. I can see the anger on her face, but I don't care; I'm the boss here, and no one has the right to raise their voice on me, especially a woman.

I didn't realize that the door was already open because the girl in front of me and I were arguing. I saw Dad, James, and Kevin, my cousin. They were shocked by what they just witnessed.

"Phillip, what's happening?" Daddy asked, obviously confused. The woman left in front of me.

"Amber, what happened?" James asked worriedly. So her name is Amber. But I don't care about her; I just want her to be out of my company. Amber went to the door while Dad and Kevin watched her.

"I'm sorry, James; I just want to bring the urgent files that Sir needs." She turned to James, then turned to me.

"Don't worry, Mr. Perault. You won't be able to see me tomorrow, and the last thing I want you to know is that you are not my type, so I won’t ever seduce you, you old, grumpy man!"

I couldn't answer because she went out of my office in a flash.

“F*ck all women! ”I loudly shouted that thundered inside my office...
