Back at Thorne’s mansion, the hallways buzzed with noisy activity, intruding on his sleep. He woke up groggily, and the first thing he did was scan his room for Serene. When he didn’t spot her, he sighed with relief and wiped a hand over his face in regret. He had just made a grave mistake. He f****d another Alpha’s Luna, twice. Twice! Unprotected. He groaned, rising from the bed. As he paced the room, his eyes landed on the recliner, where the deed was done.
