Tess's Point of View
I was taken back to my room and left there. Thankfully I was not bound to a chair because I was able to find a spot to pee and another spot to lay in. I just prayed that everyone got home safely and that they could find me before Alukah could complete his plan.
I was asleep when I woke up with the feeling of love and acceptance filling me.
'What is that?' I asked my wolf.
'Ben, he he,'
'He what?' I asked.
'He has accepted us as his mate.'
'But why?'
'I am not sure.'
'It can't be real. He would never accept us and I know he would never come for us. It is best if we do not hope,' I said with sadness coursing through my body.
