‘’We have to figure out how to get you ot of here It isn’t advisable to stay here. These greedy elders who want power for themselves will stop at nothing to drain it out of you .’’His words made fear to rise up in her as sjhe wondered the exact nature of Thetia elders.
‘’They take people’s magic .that’s barbaric and unfair .’’ She said with anger and he cold sense the tornado change to volcano.
‘’Vepar get a grip of yourself .I can transfer you to a safe place .You will be safe in the human world .It’s equal to the starnge atmosphere you are in right now . No water to slep in just land and oxygen.’’
His words felt scary yet warmth surfaced her heart .She hadn’t realized her blurry eyes until he came close and kissed her tears away.
‘’You will be fine.i promise .I have a hideout in the surface and I’ll take you there to survive.I promise to visit you everytime .in the meantime,I will stay here to settle the issue."His tone was sad as he chuckled . she really is affecting me emotionally.
He thought before straightening his tail.
"Come,I can't hold it any longer Zeus ushered Vepar to enter the portal circling beside him. Once again tears formed in her eyes and his heart felt ached.
"Promise you will visit me".Her voice whispered sweetly with her eyes looking directly at his.
"I will ans so will your parents ."With those words of assurance ,she smiled broadly and entered the portal.
Meanwhile ,outside the tornado was a havoc .The ocean turned hot and the mermaids were gripped with fear .Deava only had a glare on her face. she also hid her magic, not that it was normal magic but it was forbidden magic. Even at her young age she realized the power of dark magic . Her goal was to be the ruler of Thieta but now zeus magic revealed ruined everything. She turned her gaze to meet the elders as smile crept its way to her lips.
"I cannot just give up because he has magic. These greedy elders are my ticket to eliminate him " She spoke to herself with a mischievous smile.
Vepar woke from her deep slumber with a yawn and stretch. She felt so relaxed and believed all the misfortune was jus a dream until she raised her toes.
"aaaahh"she jumped and screamed before landing on the ground . She also realised that she wasn't sleeping on seaweeds but instead something soft and comfy . Her admiration was still diverted to her toes and waist. The transformation was massive and never seen before . Her green hair was now black and her silver -pink tail had totally disappeared. There wasn't any sign of gills on her body but instead appeared smooth .
she forced herself to stand on her unstable feet but ended up landing back on the group.
"If only zeus was here. He would have taught me how to move these things ." speaking of Zeus her expression changed into sadness .He had saved her life without bothering about the aftermath consequences. Her parents must be worried Too.
"vepar what have you done . couldn’t you prevent yourself from healing that merman."Her cracked voice lingered in the air with sadness. What will happen to my parents . Will they be in trouble ?After all, those elders wanted to kill her with air but thanks to Zeus magic, she's able to breath it in comfortably.
"think positive vespar , Trust Zeus words .They will all visit you ." she said in assurance and tried standing on her feet which was successful this time.
