Chapter fifty five

I stood up and stretched with a yawn. The clock on my nightstand said it was seven in the morning. Laura was busy training the crew at the new store and the downtown location was well staffed , so it didn't matter what time I got up. Still I had things to do today . I took a quick shower and stuffled through my closet to look for what to wear. I finally decided on a white sundress. It was simple, comfortable and elegant. I loved the way the fabric shiffed.

I put on a pot of oatmeal to boil and went back up stairs. It was unusually quiet and in didn't know what to make out of the unusual silence.

When I reached Archer's bedroom , I found him bent on one knee with a six carrot diamond ring on his finger and asked me "will you marry me?"

I was stunned , suddenly I felt tears run down my cheeks uncontrollably. I couldn't help it , he got me.

I felt a mixture of emotions at that time. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to jump into him arms and shout yes !yes!, or be calm and just say yes I will.
