It's crazy how he's my doctor right? I mean he was looking good in that lab coat. Anyways, that blood pressure thing hurts sometimes. We've only done half of the tests and you're still not caught up. It's going to take a bit so you're going to have to stick with me for a while.

Also, it's crazy how I'm the only one of my kind (technically) and I have a different doctor than anyone else. Although that's not what we're here to talk about Mrs.Manchester, however, is though and she'll definitely be making an appearance. Meeting her was weird so let me tell you why it was.....

*SADLY still four months later*

I slept okay but when l woke up my hair had two patches of white. I was confused because I had a strand yesterday. Never mind that for right now because I'm hungry so I wash up, put on something decent, and go to look for something to eat. I opened the refrigerator to see containers that looked like brains. What the f- I know they need them to survive but damn real brains. As I'm staring into the refrigerator someone clears their throat behind me.

" Can't find what you want to eat? I mean it's a limited selection anyways, " she says.

" I mean yea I'm just surprised by seeing real brains that's all. Sorry if I'm in your way, " I say as I move out of the way.

" Ohhh you're new aren't- PHOENIX????, " she says.

" Jade???, " I say.

" You got scratched or bitten?" Jade says.

" Scratched and before you ask yes Scarlett is ok," I say.

" I'm glad she's okay. Also, I got this bomb way to make noodles so you can't even tell it's brains, " she says.

" I don't exactly want brains, I'll just take the noodles by themselves, " I say.

" Phoenix you've never eaten them so you'll go crazy if you don't eat it at least once a day, " she says.

" Guess I should've gone crazy yesterday cause I didn't have any of it then, " I say.

" Oh wow looks like Jade found the half-zombie," someone says.

" The what?" Jade says as she looks at me.

" Are you serious right now? The half-zombie, " I say.

" Don't worry about what that dude Theo said, answer me. Why are they calling you that? " Jade says.

" Do you see my hair? I don't need brains, the only thing that's the same is the fact that we're both pale, and I can taste most of the food, " I said.

" He's the lucky one. I bet his blood could cure us, " Theo says.

" How?" Jade says.

" I honestly don't know if it's the amount of food I had that day at the party or what, " I say.

" Don't listen to him Jade, he knows, " Theo said.

" If I knew how I wouldn't be a f*****g 'Half-zombie' or however the f**k, " I say.

" Who are you to talk to me like that?" Theo says while balling his face up.

" You know what f**k I'm taking a snack and leaving if you don't believe me you just don't, " I said annoyed as hell.

" You don't remember Phoenix, Theodore?" Jade says.

" No way. NO f*****g way, " he says.

" This changes nothing, Theo. I don't know why I am this way or anything of that nature. Just because you're mad it happened doesn't mean you can take it out on me," I say, still angry.

" Fine you were infected just like the rest of us but you're still lucky. You get a special doctor and all that," he said.

" Not lucky enough to not get scratched, not lucky enough to be at home though," I said.

" Wait, you get a different doctor? Everyone doesn't have the same doctor Theo," Jade says confused.

" My doctor doesn't work with any of you Jade. Since I'm different from you all," I said.

She does this whole 'ohhh' face and then she gets Theo to apologize. I make us a big bowl of noodles to share and Jade cooks brains. Never thought I'd say that but yeah. We talk, eat, and try to forget that we're here. After we are done I head to my room to call Scarlett.

*Start of call*

"Phoenix, finally you called. I was getting worried but I didn't want you to get in trouble for calling me. All this is new and I don't know what to do," Scarlett said.

" Yea I'm sorry I was settling in, then I had to go to get checked up, then I ate, and I was talking to Theo and Jade. They're zombies so yea," I said.

" Yea Jade texted me yesterday and told me about it after you had left. How was the checkup?" Scarlett said.

" The check up was cool yk this lady Ms.Quinn did some stuff then I went to my doctor. Yk it was ok I guess yk," I said.

" Did something happen with your doctor Phoenix," Scarlett said.

" Kinda?," I said.

" What do you mean kinda," Scarlett said.

" Dr.Snow," I said.

" You're going to have to give me more info than 'Dr.Snow'," Scarlett said.

" Dr. Ace Snow," I said.

" Ohhhh Wait, the one that you almost went out with?," Scarlett said.

" Yea him," as I finished that sentence someone knocked on my door.

*End of Call*

I told her I had to go and hung up the phone.

" Mr.Thorne?," Ace said.

" You can come in the room Dr.Snow," I said.

He opened the door, " There's someone who needs to meet you at the moment so please get changed," he said.

I nodded before I looked through my clothes and went to change. When I came out Ace and I left. What I didn't know was who I was going to meet.

" Hi Thorne right?," said by ?

" Yes, Phoenix Thorne," I said.

Ace stepped in, " Mr. Thorne this is Olivia Manchester. She is one of the people on the outside working on finding a cure,".

OLIVIA MANCHESTER??? NO WAY.......

" Hello Mrs.Manchester it's a pleasure to meet you," I said in a polite tone.

" Same to you Mr.Thorne. Would you mind talking to me about where everything took place?," Mrs.Manchester said.

I nodded while Ace was holding back from saying something. (I know he's going to make fun of me later for this) I explained to her the party and how I thought something was spiked. She asked about how I was feeling, and all that stuff before I headed back to my room. However, as soon as I turned the corner I heard talking.

" Ace is there something you wanted to say?," Olivia said.

" Nothing much Liv," Ace said.

" Are you sure about that Ace?" said ???

" What is that supposed to mean Henry?," Ace said.

Henry and Olivia oh damn I'm telling Scar later.

" When I was walking in the building earlier it seemed like you were holding back a laugh," he said while it seemed like he was smirking.

" Is there something you wanna tell us about Mr.Thorne? Or wasn't it Phoenix?," Henry said.

" Spit out what you're asking Henry," Ace said.

" Do you know him personally?" Henry said.

" Yes why?," Ace said.

" Isn't that the guy Violet said you liked?," Henry said.

After that, I heard 'woww' from Olivia.

Then I got a text.

It was from Ace??

Ace: I know you can hear us.

" Yea he is why?," Ace said.

After that, I slowly left till I was far away from them. Then I sped walked to my room and locked my door.

Me: Scar, call me rn.

*Start of call*

" What's up?," Scarlett said.

*explains everything*

" Omg so basically he admitted it ?," Scarlett says, shocked.

" Yes," I said.

" And he knew you could hear him ?," Scarlett said.

" Yes," I said.

" See this is why I like him. He's straightforward and to the point," Scarlett said.

" This is what I get for being nosy to be honest," I say before I hear a knock.

C'MONNNN WHAT DOES HE WANT NOW

Scarlett laughs then hangs up.
