“That was Brandon,” Dorian said as he got off the phone. “He, Mikey, and the bounty hunters will be here in about five minutes,” Dorian announced to the group.
“I guess that means we’ll need to prep the other wing of the castle,” Grace announced. “Milan, sweetheart, will you help me, since Melody is a food coma?”
“Of course,” Milan answered and went with Grace to the other wing of the packhouse to help prepare rooms for the arriving guests.
“I can help, too,” Kalea offered. Renee nodded as well and joined them. They wanted to keep busy because they found that there wasn’t much they could contribute to just sitting around.
