Kebabs Rahul Raina Right, here’s a recipe for chicken kebabs. It took me years to come up with the proper way to do this, here in Britain, sceptred isle etc, with the stupid convection ovens we have. Why this though, you ask. Why a recipe? Why one so unusefully laid out, the modern way with half a life story attached? Well, when someone says Hope and Isolation, I think chicken kebabs. Shoot me. I’ve got them on the brain. I’m North Indian. It’s the way I am.
