CH: 2

No one pov

         Harry runs Leela and pushes Ken back from her. Leela passed out in Harry's arms. 

        "What did you do to her, Brother Ken?" Harry shouted in anger. He held Leela close to him.

        "Let her go..." Ken said hardly. His eyes were on Leela's plain face. He wants to hold her close. He can't raise the mate bound pulling him.

       "No. You will kill her..." Harry said and picked her up in arms.

      "What's going on here? Harry... Ken? Who is that woman?" Ken's second brother ran to them.

       He stops in front of Harry. And look down at Leela in his arms.

       "Asked brother Ken. I'm taking her to the hospital." Harry walks to his car.

       Ken growled in anger. His eyes are getting dark. His wolf tries to take control. He was hardly holding him. 

       "Ken, what's happening?" The second brother walked to Ken.

       Ken just growls in a warning and runs to his car. Harry has already driven to the hospital. Ken seats into driving seats. The second brother sat in the passenger seat. Two more girls sit inside before Ken drives the car. Ken and his brother follow him to the hospital.

       "What's wrong baby? Why did Harry take that woman to the hospital?" Girls in a blue dress who kiss Ken asked in a confused tone.

       "She has faith..." The second brother said,

      "Oh, Maybe she had a hangover. What did you say, baby?" She asked Ken.

      "Shut up!" Ken snapped at her.

      The girl got quiet. All other men feel something off. So they keep their mouths closed. They know Ken's angry self was most dangerous to others.

     After driving faster Ken's car stopped in front of the human hospital. The hospital was closed for emergency services. All of them walk towards where Harry takes Leela. When they got Ken to see Harry was out of the operation room. He looked so scared and tense.

       "Harry, what's happened?" The second brother asked to harry.

      "Brother… Leela… She…" Harry tries to say but he stops when his eyes land on Ken.

       "You! Are you here to see that she is alive? Why do you do that to her, Brother Ken? She almost died, you know? Why do you want to kill her? You disappointed me, lay hand on women was cheaper things you do..." Harry looked more furious than before.

       "Hold your tongue, Harry! I'm your Alpha." Ken said in a deep angry tone.

      "That didn't give you the right to kill people," Harry said in the same angry tone.

       "hold on you two. Can anyone tell me what is going on here? First you Harry… Tell me what's happened?" The second brother jumped between them.

       Both look at each other with angry eyes. 

      "I saw Leela when I saw Brother Ken was choking Leela's neck. I don't why he does that, but you can't just beat women out of your anger. When I pushed Brother Ken, she passed out. So I take her to this hospital." Harry tells him.

      "Ken, why do that?" Second brother turned to Ken. He can't believe his big brother can beat women. They swear to their mother's grave that they never lay hands on women. But today he broke their words. Second brother looked angry too. He wants to know why his brother broke their oath.

      Suddenly, the door opens, and the doctors walk out.

      "Doctor, how is she?" Harry asked a warrior. tone.

      "Position relative?" Doctor asked.

      "I'm… I'm her friend. Her parents are out of town." Harry said quickly.

      "Humm… She is under observation. We detect rare poison in her body."

      "Poison??" Harry and others were stunned by the doctors' words.

      "Will she survive or not?" Ken asked shaping close to the Doctor. He was having trouble with his wolf.

       "We can't say anything about her survival status. But it's not just today, she has that poison survival day now. Maybe every day someone tries to give her poison, so she can slowly die." Before the doctor said further Ken grabbed him by the neck.

      "Don't f*****g say that she will die, because if that happened then say goodbye to your family. Gotta get this in your head." Ken growled at the doctor.

      "Ken, that's enough… You will kill a doctor like that… He needs to treat her. Or she will die." Second brother shot in a hurry.

     “She will never die... Not until I say…” Ken left the doctor and turned to his brother. his face was red with anger. dark eyes with killing expressions.

    all of them step back in fear. 

    “Ken, calm down for goodness sake. What’s wrong with you? Why are you acting like a mad dog?” Second brother approached him slowly. 

    Ken shakes his head and looks around. He felt all eyes on him. He walked past the hospital. 

    “I’ll see what’s wrong with him. Harry, you can stay here. And girls you be with Harry.” Second brother said before he ran after Ken.

    Ken pov

   Today is the worst day you can say. I miss her… My Mate. I was so happy to finally meet her. But I can’t be with her because my father can’t accept Human as my Luna. He wants me to marry his friend's daughter to make our pack bigger and more powerful. Little promises Emma’s father that I will make his daughter Luna on this full moon night. We are royal wolves who can’t break our promise no matter what happens. So I reject my mate's faithful my father's promise.

    I hate myself for that because I want my mate to be with me to support me and take care of me. But now she is no longer for me. The pain of rejecting her put me in a coma for two months. No one knows why I was in a coma. Except for my second brother Max. And he helped me hide my situation. Now I am out of a coma. My father Luna's ceremony this full moon night. I can’t ruin this for me. That's why I allow Emma to touch me and cuddle on me like a lizard. I hate when she touches me. But I can’t stop her. 

    I was fully ready to accept Emma as my Luna. But She came again. I was shocked and angry when I saw her flirting with Harry, my younger brother. I  was close to killing him. I was so shocked to feel our Mate bond was still strong like it was not broken. Then my wolf told me that she never accept our rejection. If that happens we can’t feel anger, jealousy, and lust at the same time.

    Hearing him I was so angry. She saw me and at that time Emma kissed me. I was going to push her, see her hurt eyes. I want to show her that I move on. But she pulled Harry and danced like she didn’t care who was with him? My anger getting the best, she kissed Harry and Harry kissed her too. I started to see rad. I want to kill him and her, allowing another man to kiss her. 

    Suddenly her face got more painful. She took the phone from Harry and did something on the phone. Maybe she will give her number to him. As I was getting up she ran out of the club in a hurry. I make excuses and run after her. I catch her in all and say mean words that hurt her and me at the same time. But I can't show that. When I gave her my black card, she was so angry and called me cowherd Alpha. That was the limit. I lost and grabbed her by the neck. At the same time, Harry came and pushed me back. I see her passing out in his arms. Why did she pass all of sudden? I never press her too hard. I was going to force her to reject me, so I can stop thinking about her.

   Now I'm here in the hospital, she was inside stepping forward to die. 

    Death!!

    No, I want her to leave me alone, I don't want her to die for that. Who the hell, giving her poison? To kill her slowly, painfully? Was my father behind this? No, he strick but not a killer. I need to find out why she is in this status?

    ‘I want my Mate!’ my wolf growled in anger.

    ‘We can’t…. You know this…’

    He shut down all of sudden. He was sad about loosing his mate. I can feel that too, but I can't allow others to find out that she is my mate.

     “She is your Mate right?” Max's voice makes me jump in shock. I slowly turned to him, he had stupid grinned.

     “No… Don’t talk nonsense. She will never be my mate. Are forget Emma was going to be my Luna.'' I said as hard as I could.

     “Then why are you so bothered by knowing that women are dying? Why did you almost kill the doctor just now? Ken, I see your wolf taking over just now. And our wolf became protective about only one person and that was our Mate. You accept it or not she is your Mate for sure. And as for Emma… So you can stop this Luna ceremony, telling that you find your Mate. no one can force you to choose Emma.” Max put a hand on my shoulders in meaningful.  

     “No. I can’t do this Max. Dad won’t allow human women to be my Mate And Luna our pack.” I shake my head in no.

    “Well, you can bro. Because you are Alpha. As for dad, he will understand.”

    “No, he can’t. If he does he won’t leave our mother to die in the hand of Rogues at that time. She is human too and his mate too. But what he do was let her die like that. No, I don’t want him to know that I find my mate and she is human. He will kill her too. I was never able to save our mother because I was small at that time. Now I’m big and I can do anything to save her life. So what if I have to hurt her and force her to leave me or reject me. I’ll do that.“ I said in a serious tone.

    “But, You can save her by putting her closed to yourself….” Max tries to conceive.

    “I can’t… I can’t… Now, Max, I want you to shut up. don’t tell this to anyone. Its request…." I said in a low tone.

    “Fine. But what’s the point of hiding this? Because she is dying soon.” Max reminds me of her states.

    “She will never die. Find the best doctor for her. Max, can you do that for me? I'll take Emma to her house, it’s late.”

     “ok. Can you drop Kelly too?” Max nodded.

     “Ok. Contact me when something happens, ok.” I don’t want to leave her. But I stay here and soon found out about her. I need to act normal. And I trust Max he will handle here.

     “Don’t worry your Mate is in safe hand.” He shows me his stupid grin again. 

     “don’t speak in front of others.” I said in a hurry.

     “Yes, Alpha.” HE said with the same smile on his face. 

     We walk back to the hospital. When we got inside Emma and Kelly were there but Harry was nowhere to be seen. 

     “Where is Harry?” I asked.    

     “That girl shifted in another room, Harry got into her room.” Kelly said.   

     “Ken, Can we go home? I’m tired.''Emma said tired tine.

     This woman is not sensing what she says in a situation like this? I hold my anger and walk to that room. Max follow my back. In-room Harry was sitting on side char holding my Mate’s hand. I hold my anger. This boy needs to stay away from her. Or I’ll wipe his an*s for sure.    

     I followed his hand she was sleeping peacefully. like nothing happened. I recalled her face when she passed out. plain and lifeless. I miss a breath. and now her face looks good and full of life full. She had fair, long black hair, a curvy body, long eyelashes, attractive lips like flower petals. I want to test her so badly.    

   “You can have her if you accept her…” Max whispered in my ears. 

   “Shut up!” I growled at him. 

    Then Harry turned to us. He looks like a lost puppy right now. Why is it so affecting him that she is in bad health in the first place? I hope he won’t fall for her. That worsed for me. As I thought when he met my eyes gets back in angry mode. He gets up and protectively stands in front of me. Is he protecting her from me?

    “Why are you still here, Alpha Ken?” Harry asked me.  

    Well, again he called me Alpha. He has never done this before. Why is he so angry at me? I know what I do is bad. But hello, I’m your big brother and she is just a stranger. Why is he taking her side?

    “One more time you called me Alpha. I’ll punch your face for sure, Harry. Try me if you can…” I gave a warning.   

     He gulps in scared. I never lay a hand on him ever. I was the one who took the care of both my brother and sister Annya. Because I’m elder and they are so small when they lost mother. Harry was five at that time And Annya was two years baby girl at that time. Only Max can help me with all this. Other hand my father found another woman to entertain him. He chose her next Luna. She is a good woman, but her father still treats her like he treats our mother. She never lay on hand us or show of her Luna title. She takes care of me and my sibling-like mother do. We respect her. But we can’t give her our mother spot. Harry is so attached to her because she cares for him. But still, he misses his mother.

      Now I use a more serious tone on him, he was taken back. Max jumped between us again.

     “Calm down you two… Harry, behaved! He is our big brother. He doesn’t like us to call him Alpha, you know it. So stop saying that. And for that woman, he has mistaken someone else. He didn’t mean to kill her.” Max said. 

     Harry looks at him for confirmation. Then he stepped back and relaxed. Does he believe it just like that? He is so innocent.

    “Why don't you ask her before attacking like that... You know she will die in your hand that time.” Harry put like small kids.

     “I didn’t mean to… But why are you acting like this? Did you fall for her?” I asked him, holding my breath.

     ‘Fall for her? NO way! I only fall for my Mate.” He said in a hurried tone.   

     Oh, I know his mate's things. And I was relieved that he was not what I was thinking.

     “Then why are you so protective?” Max asked.   

     “She reminds me of our Mom. She, just like her, loving, caring, told me to do what we want. Do not change for others. Same as a mom when she told me last time. Brother Ken… Brother Max, I want her to be healthy... “ He told us what they talk about in the club.

     Well, that is not what I expect from Harry and my Mate. In little time I was thinking of her as sult when she with my brother. I look at her pure face. the more I see her the more I feel guilty.

    “Come on, we 're getting home.” I did remove my eyes from her.   

    “Brother, I want to stay here…” Harry tries to say.

    “You can’t! Father got angry at us if we stayed any longer. Don’t worry Max was staying here to take care of her. When she back she concusses we come to meet her.” I said.

     “Brother Max…. Can you contact me when she wakes up?” Harry asked Max.

     “Yes, Now go.” Max nodded.

     Hary looks back to her last time and walks out of the room. I look back at her, my feet glued to the floor. The first time I don't want to go. I won't go lay down beside her and pull her in my arms to sleep.

     “Want to sleep with her?”Max guessed right. He always does this. 

     “Shut up!” I said, turning to leave.

     “Don’t Worry, I'll send her a photo on your phone. So you can sleep peacefully.” Max makes fun of me.

      I want to kick his a*s for teasing me. But ignored him and walked out. But my phone vibrates when I sit in my car with Harry in the passenger seat and both girls eat in the back seats. I pulled out my phone and saw Max send me her photo. I was taken back, did he do that? I put my phone back in my jeans. We are starting the phone safely. When we got out of the pack our phone helped us to track and contact us if we never reached our members. Something just for playing games and showing off in front of humans. I mean humans panic when they see us mind linking, making odd faces, you know. So phones are better when we are out of the pack. 

      And that phone helped me see her. Max was right in this photo. She gave me a good sleep.
