Aspen I didn’t know where I was going. All I knew was that I needed to be alone which was strange because being around my men helped ground me. They kept the voice at bay and I needed that but I needed to be alone first. I hadn’t even let them explain which I probably should have done. Glancing around I did a double take , I didn’t remember leaving the house and going outside but that’s where I was. In the middle of the forest and even though I wasn’t confident with finding my way in the sprawling woods I knew the trail I was on. I was heading towards the grove without even thinking about it.
