As the sun dipped below the horizon, shading the sky with orange and red tones, a sense of spooky tension filled the air around us. The Freedom Pack was congregated in a clearing with the relic softly pulsating at its center, circled by gathered members whose faces were shrouded with various emotions that ranged from hope to fear. This was it, our last try to bring Serafine back. Abigail stood before the relic, eyes narrowed in concentration, determination etched in every line on her face. I could see the flickering shadows dancing around her, remnants of the darkness that had lingered since the battle.
